Design stages
1. Initial meeting:
The client’s requirements are scaled and the premises are shown around. Discussion can include: needs, what, how, functions, colours, furnitures, moods and any ideas what is required to be shown on the three different options we provide.
2. Quote:
We define the program and the timing and give a feebid what could be the base of the agreement. If building control approval is necessary we ask a quote from our technicians and structural engineer as well.
